Advanced students who wish to paint portraits in
color can paint in pastel or oil.

Cadmium Yellow Lt., Yellow Ochre,
Cobalt/Ultramarine Blue, Yellow Medium,

Palette: Important
Put a 16 x 20 Glass Sheet over a 16 x 20 sheet
of Med. Gray Paper over a sheet of pasteboard or masonite and sandwich
them together with tape.
Pastel

Colors: #545 Dark Grey, #501 Tobacco,
etc.
2 Drawing Boards 1/4 by 16 x 20 Foam or other
board
NuPastel 96 pies set, sharpened each with a razor
blade
Rembrandt 225 peach or 90 piece starter set
Dark brown pastel pencil or charcoal sticks
