The Lubbock Garden & Arts Center provides a variety of rental facilities for private functions such as weddings, receptions, luncheons, workshops, and other group events at affordable prices. Activities can be accommodated depending on the function and number of guests. Call or come by! Studio The GAC is proud to offer an artist studio. The studio is perfect for classes, workshops, and art endeavors. It is equipped with drawing tables, easels, stools, a stage, kiln, natural light, and other amenities. The studio is used by various art organizations and can be rented for the cost of the "meeting room" rental rate.
Presidents Room This room is perfect for small board meetings. It holds up to fifteen people and has one large meeting table and chairs.
Auditorium This large space has monthly art shows and is available for recitals, receptions, lectures, large meetings, dinners, and other events. It can hold up to 150 people comfortably and can be arranged per request.
B & C This large meeting room  can be used for classes, meetings, workshops, and other events. The room can be set- up per request and holds as many as 35 people.
Tea Terrace This outdoor venue is located directly behind the GAC. It is available April- September and is often used for weddings. It holds around 150 people. This large space is nestled in the City's Arboretum and is available for $125. All outdoor events must be over by 8:00 pm.
Rose Garden The Rose Garden is located north of Hodges Community Center and is a perfect location for a small wedding. The Rose Garden can be rented April- September for a fee of $125.
Rental Fees Fees for reservations & rentals are for 1 hour time periods. All set-up, decorating and clean-up must take place within the time period.   Meeting Rooms Auditorium Monday-Friday 9am-5pm $15.00 $25.00 After 5:00 pm and Saturdays $25.00 $45.00 VENDOR FEE: when money is charged or collected $50.00 $50.00 Kitchen: Receptions/ Refreshments $20.00 $20.00 Catered Meals $45.00 $45.00 Late Hour Fees: per every 30 minutes. After 9:00 pm. $65.00 $65.00 NON-PROFIT & CULTURAL GROUPS Fees for reservations & rentals are for 4 hour time periods. All set-up, decorating and clean-up must take place within the time period.   Meeting Rooms Auditorium Monday-Friday 9am-5pm $11.00 $20.00 After 5:00PM and Saturdays $20.00 $40.00 VENDOR FEE: when money is charged or collected $50.00 $50.00 Kitchen: Receptions/ Refreshments $10.00 $10.00 Catered Meals $30.00 $30.00 Late Hour Fees: per every 30 minutes. After 9 PM. $65.00 $65.00 DISCOUNTED RATE FOR NON-PROFIT GROUPS WITH MEMBERSHIPS  Annual Memberships: $25 per year for Non-Profit Groups only Fees for reservations & rentals are for 4 hour time periods.
