Wedding reservations and rentals
are for 8 hour time periods 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or Noon - 8:00 p.m. All set -up,
decorating and clean-up must take place within the time period reserved. A
$65 fee will be applied to every thirty minutes past rental time after 9:00 p.m. for
the use of the auditorium & meeting rooms. Outdoor areas must be vacated by
8:00 p.m.
Tea Terrace
Nestled behind the Garden and
Arts Center, the Tea Terrace is a favorite venue for outdoor weddings. The
Tea Terrace has hosted weddings, receptions, family and class reunions, and many
more exciting events. This grassy area surrounded by trees is well shaded in the
hot months of the West Texas Summer. The Tea Terrace is only one of the
beautiful points of interest located in Clapp Park. Available April through
September.
Rose Garden
The Rose Garden is
located north of Hodges Community Center and is a perfect location for a small
wedding.
Available April through
September.
Garden and Arts Center
Auditorium
This large space holds up to 150 people comfortably and can be arranged
per request. Available year round.
St. Paul's on the Plains
Chapel
This historic chapel is a
