Intermediate Cake Decorating
Instructor: Evelyn Arnold
*Materials fee of $30 due to instructor at first session includes: Cake Decorating II Handbook and Course II Cake Decorating Kit.
Student will need to bring on the first night of Class:
1 recipe of Class Buttercream Icing divided in 3 airtight containers as follows:
- 1/2 Cup ‑ Thin consistency icing
- 1 1/2 Cups ‑ Medium consistency icing
- 1 Cup ‑ Stiff consistency icing
(Recipe can be found in Course I Book)
Please also bring:
- Your basic kit, (transparent tape, damp cloth or sponge in a sealable plastic bag, practice board set, decorator brush, parchment triangles)
- 2 decorating bags (featherweight or disposable)
- Small spatula (straight or angled)
- Turntable
- Highlighter
- Fine‑tip permanent marker
- Scissors
- Toothpicks
- Waxed paper
- Icing colors
- 2 couplers
- Tips 3, 5, 16, 21, 67, and Tip 352 (optional).
