Pastel Workshop

Materials:

Minimum of 24 soft pastels (assorted colors)
Minimum of 12 hard pastels (assorted colors)
4 sheets of neutral toned pastel paper
Vine Charcoal
4 favorite subject photographs (landscape preferable)
1 can flat black spray paint
2” Masking tape or Bulldog Clips (2)
Masonite board cut larger than pastel paper (rigid support)
Extra paper for padding behind pastel paper (newsprint or poster board)
Small sketchbook
2B, 4B, or 6B pencils (2)
Empty film canister
1” Bristle brush (cheap)
Odorless turpenoid
1 can of cheap aerosol hairspray, ex. Rave
Baby wipes or paper towels
1 plastic grocery bag
